Neuropathy

Relief from Neuropathy Starts Here

If you’re living with burning, tingling, or numbness in your feet, legs or hands, you know how disruptive neuropathy can be.

Whether you’re struggling to sleep, stay active or feel steady on your feet, neuropathy caused by diabetes or metabolic dysfunction can severely impact your quality of life. But there is hope.

At Innovative Diabetic Solutions, we use a patented, FDA-approved therapy called Physiological Insulin Resensitization (PIR) to address the root cause of diabetic neuropathy — insulin resistance and metabolic failure — rather than just masking symptoms.

How PIR Helps with Neuropathy

Neuropathy often occurs when high blood sugar damages small blood vessels and nerves. PIR works by restoring healthy insulin function at the cellular level. Insulin is delivered as a hormone, not a drug, in a way that mimics how a healthy pancreas naturally releases it.

This innovative therapy helps:

  • Reduce insulin resistance

  • Improve circulation to damaged nerves

  • Increase cellular energy

  • Support natural tissue repair and regeneration

The result: many patients experience reduced pain, restored sensation and improved function — often within weeks of starting treatment.

What to Expect

PIR begins with a free consultation, where we’ll review your medical history and determine whether this therapy is right for you. If you qualify, our physician will create a personalized care plan that typically begins with a 90-day treatment period.

Each in-office visit lasts 90 minutes to 3 hours, depending on your plan. As your body responds, visits become shorter and less frequent. Many patients report noticeable improvements in neuropathy symptoms during the first few weeks of treatment.
